What the service covers
A landlord gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, with a record of the appliances and flues checked and any safety issues identified.
Why it matters
Landlords must arrange annual safety checks for the gas appliances and flues they provide. Existing tenants should receive the record within 28 days of the check, and new tenants before moving in. Planning access ahead of the due date helps keep the checks on track.
How we arrange your work
