What Do EPC Certificates include?

Our engineers carry out a full survey including checking things such as loft insulation, windows, radiators and boilers.
EPC Report
We will send you your EPC Report and a copy for your tenants. We will also send reminders for your renewal.
Efficiency Recommendations
We will provide information on any efficiency recommendations which could help reduce your monthly bills and increase your EPC rating.
Registrar Details
Full details including the name, registration number and signature of the engineer who made the checks, the date the checks were carried out and the address of the property.

EPC Certificate FAQs

EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate. It assesses how energy efficient a building is on a scale from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient).

An EPC energy assessor will need access to your entire property to complete an EPC certificate. They’ll use a range of metrics to determine your property's energy efficiency, including the property's age and construction, insulation, lighting, heating and windows.

The cost of an EPC Certificate can range between £50 and £120.

An EPC Certificate is valid for 10 years and can be used multiple times for the same property as long as the rating is above an F.

An EPC survey can last anywhere between 30 minutes and an hour.
